Each copy of the FROM THE CRADLE TO THE MOON collection is a poetic exercise to educate the eye and sweeten the ear, as its author Antonio Rubio explains. Despite its apparent simplicity, both its design and its content, based on topics close to the interests of the little ones, are the result of a long process of reflection and creation. Relying on the resources of the traditional children's songbook (rhyme, rhythm, enumeration, repetition, accumulation...) and on recognizable images that stand out on clear backgrounds, this collection for singing and telling is already a reference for the LIJ for section 0- 3 years and contributes to starting the path of pre-reading for many boys and girls.
