Este breve poema forma parte del clásico Romancero gitano, la obra de Federico García Lorca compuesta por dieciocho romances con temas como la noche, la muerte, el cielo, la luna. Todos los poemas tienen algo en común: la cultura gitana.

En ¡Noche toca los platillos!, los platillos de la luna llena invitan a conformar una orquesta y festejar la noche. Las ilustraciones de Diego Bianki ensamblan con lo poético y suman una particular magia y música al texto. Por último, el video que acompaña se hizo especialmente para este libro y en él se ve el camino que hizo el propio Bianki en la elaboración de dichas ilustraciones.

This short poem is part of the classic Gypsy Ballads, the work of Federico García Lorca composed of eighteen ballads with themes such as night, death, the sky, the moon. All the poems have something in common: the gypsy culture. In ¡Night play the cymbals!, the cymbals of the full moon invite you to form an orchestra and celebrate the night. Diego Bianki's illustrations join with the poetic and add a particular magic and music to the text. Finally, the accompanying video was made especially for this book and in it you can see the path that Bianki himself took in the elaboration of said illustrations.
